How can we establish contact with non-human entities through technology, and what are the consequences of this relationship? This installation by Teresa Castro and Miguel Loureiro speculates on listening to a place through its geomorphology, proposing a remix of the soundscape and visual landscape by monitoring real-time values assigned to the contours of rocks collected at Castro de São Paio. It invites the observation of stones (and objects) as part of their creation process, thus speculating a lithic narrative that generates new meanings translated through technology.
